- Training. We offer one-on-one training with an experienced Broker in all phases of the transaction. We are there for you until you are TOTALLY comfortable with the entire process (and even then, you will always have access to a licensed Broker to answer your future questions). Yes, we will hold your hand until you do not want it held anymore. We will even help you get licensed!
- Cost. Traditional big firms charge anywhere from 30 to 50 percent of each commission you make. We require only 20 percent. Big firms also like to charge profit fees such as copy expenses, fax expenses, mandatory magazine subscriptions, voice mail, and desk space you may never use. We require you to pay only mandatory expenses needed for your business such as Error and Omission Insurance and Board Dues.
- Flexibility. Big firms in our opinion frown upon part timers. We absolutely love them! We want to enhance an environment where agents can make additional income without interfering with other jobs or more important, family. Definitely ask about our “buddy system” and full time agent support.
