Jim McCauley is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas and has worked in the real estate industry for 25 years. He is also a licensed Texas insurance adjuster, and a registered homebuilder with the Texas Residential Construction Commission as well as a licensed builder in the state of Tennessee. He and his wife, Kate, have been married for 25 years and have three children. Jim grew up in Richardson, Texas and earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management from Texas State University in San Marcos. Trish Pappas grew up in Flower Mound with her wonderful parents and 3 brothers. She attended Marcus High School and later graduated with her Bachelors in Business Marketing from the University of North Texas. She has held postions in corporate promotions, sales and marketing,residential real estate and most recently works at the Sally Beauty Headquarters in Denton, Texas as a corporate lease negotiator. Trish has 8 years residential experience and has lived in the area for over 30 years. Brent Holdburg has lived in North Texas since 1990 but also has lived in Northern and Southern California, as well as Delaware and Washington. Both he and his wife Joan reside in McKinney.

He is a former international figure skating gold medalist who proudly represented Team USA at many competitions across the globe. As a former performer with Disney on Ice, Brent has had extensive experience performing under pressure, as well as a large amount of media exposure. Banner's real estate portfolio consists of more than twenty hospitals and 2.8 million square feet of medical office space. It was a privilege to help a noble company such as Banner Health. Kathleen moved to Dallas in 1982 and is very familiar with the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex and its many suburbs. Kathleen's daughter, Lindy is on a volleyball scholarship at St. Edwards University and her son Gunner is a sophomore at Lewisville High School.

Ann graduated from Chapman University in Orange, CA with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Jeff Ehrich has been a North Texas resident for 25 years. In addition, Jeff has been the owner of Kenora Construction Services for over 20 years. As a business owner, builder and remodeling expert in the North Texas Residential Market, his construction knowledge and experience adds tremendous value to his ability as a Realtor. Jeff went to college at The University of Minnesota at Mankato while selling homes in Minnesota. Jeff has two daughters; Alex and Addie. Alex is attending Texas Tech and Addie is a senior in high school. Jeff lives in Highland Village.

Ken Botts moved to North Texas from Southern California in 2003 and currently lives in Denton County with his wife, son. Ken spent over 30 years working in the food service/hospitality industry and owned two world class cafes.

In his last position worked as a Special Projects Director for the University of North Texas, so he understands the meaning of service. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration along with a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and can put that education to work for you.
